YOGA STRONG | HOT

YOGA STRONG

YOGA STRONG is a unique blend of Power Flow 2 and strength training designed to create mindful, connected, full-body conditioning. Hand weights, bands, HIIT or body weight are used in combination with the yoga poses to increase strength and mind-body connection. This class will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted. All props necessary for this class are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own.
