Our Saturday night party classes are just that - a fun class on Saturday night! This class will be led by all the different teachers on a rotating basis so you can take classes from teachers you may not normally be able to. The style and music will vary according to the teacher, but will be accessible to all levels.

This guided practice is for practitioners of all levels, but specifically for newcomers with accessibility in mind. YOGA FOR MOTHERHOOD: PRENATAL, POST-NATAL AND BEYOND is our class designed for expectant mothers. While it is fine-tuned to be prenatal friendly, it is for prenatal, post-natal, and BEYOND! This inclusive, non-heated class brings a community together to share, connect, and recharge. It is crafted to soothe both body and mind, relieving the discomforts pregnancy can present while building strength, flexibility, and endurance that support you in every stage of your life. Join us for 108 Sun Salutations — a rhythmic, meditative practice that invites release, renewal, and quiet clarity. This special class is designed to help you honor the seasonal shift through breath, repetition, and intention. Move as you’re able, rest when you need, and let the flow carry you into a new cycle feeling grounded and refreshed.

In this special long restorative practice, we will dedicate time to honor the longest, darkest night of the year. We will do a guided meditation, find movement, ease and release with yoga, and spend some time in silence through more meditation. We spend this time reflecting back on and honoring the lessons and the joys that have transpired over the past year. We will then clear out that past energy to open our hearts, minds, and bodies to what the future year holds. We will meditation on affirmations and consider the intentions and energy we want to bring forward into the next year. Please bring a journal and pen if you enjoy journaling, as well as any comfy props. We will have the usual array of props at the studio.

Reiki is a hands-on, healing practice, that allows at least two people to connect on a deeper level and share energy.
Restorative yoga is a calm unheated practice that utilizes props to find deeper relaxation.
This workshop blends both energy work and longer, gentle holds to turn inward with peace. Start the new year with a renewed sense of self, clear intentions, and calm energy.

Movement meets restorative singing bowls. Move through a 60 minute vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of sound bath via crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
Sound baths promote restoration and relaxation for your body and mind using sound waves. Some bowl frequencies may interfere with hearing assistance devices.
