This special workshop blends mindful strength training and yoga to help you build a solid foundation for movement, longevity, and everyday life!

You’ll discover why weightlifting and yoga work so well together — how strength training builds stability, balance, and resilience that directly support your yoga practice and overall well-being.

Nannette brings her background in lifting, and Marco (the one who taught her everything she knows ) joins her to walk you through the basics of functional strength — using simple tools like hand weights, bodyweight movements, and mindful alignment.

Then we’ll take it to the mat — exploring how those same principles show up in your balance, breath, and flow.

Marco has spent over 25 years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, strength coach, massage therapist, teacher, bodybuilder, powerlifter and gym owner. His Master’s in Exercise Science grounds his approach in evidence-based practice, blending academic rigor with decades of hands-on experience.
