
This dynamic workshop will include an introduction to the seven main chakras and how they relate to your physical, emotional, and mental health. We will use yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and affirmations to facilitate balance and healing.
We are all vibrating, we are all energy, we all have our own frequencies. These vibrations can be harmonious, creating a sense of synchronicity within our lives and bodies.
Our energy and how we vibrate are largely determined by our thoughts and how we perceive and relate to the world.
Chakras become a very useful tool to allow us to understand how we are receiving and transmitting energy.
