Join Lori for a three-part workshop series designed to build strength, confidence, and understanding in your yoga practice. Each session can be taken on its own, or bundle all three for a progressive, well-rounded experience.


March 14 – Deepening Your Backbend

Explore safe, intuitive ways to expand your backbending practice. We’ll focus on shoulder mobility, hip flexor opening, core engagement, and proper spinal mechanics to help you access more depth with stability and ease. Expect drills, breakdowns, and supported exploration.


March 28 – Arm Balances & Inversions for ALL Bodies 101

Arm balances and inversions are not just for one “type” of body. This workshop breaks down foundational strength, alignment, and entry points in an accessible, empowering way. We’ll work with props, modifications, and progressions so everyone can explore upside-down energy safely.


April 4 – Introduction to Hatha

Curious about traditional Hatha yoga? This session explores the roots and structure of a slower, alignment-focused practice through the Ghosh Lineage Intermediate Series (53 postures, 2 breathing exercises). You’ll move intentionally, refine foundational postures, and deepen your understanding of breath and stillness within movement.
