This interactive beginner yoga workshop is your crash course to understanding yoga — not just following along.
We’ll slow things down and break it all apart so you leave feeling informed, confident, and empowered to step into any yoga class knowing what’s happening and how to make it work for you.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
How a power flow yoga class is structured (and why)
Foundational pose alignment and how to modify safely
Traditional yoga sequences including Sun Salutation A & B
Breathwork (pranayama) and how to link breath with movement
How to listen to your body and make intelligent choices on your mat
This is not a “follow the teacher and keep up” class.
We’ll move together, pause often, ask questions, and take time to understand the why behind the poses.
Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or simply want to feel more grounded and confident in class, this workshop will give you tools you can use for life — not just one practice.
