Pregnancy changes everything—your body, your energy, your routines, and often the way you connect with yourself. At YOCO Yoga Collective, our prenatal and motherhood yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage with thoughtful movement, community, and space to breathe.

Located in Pittsburgh's South Hills and welcoming students from Dormont, Mount Lebanon, Brookline, Bethel Park, and beyond, our motherhood-centered yoga offerings are approachable, grounding, and built for real life—not perfection.

Whether you're newly pregnant, postpartum, returning to movement, or simply looking for supportive community, you belong here.

What To Expect

Our Yoga for Motherhood classes are intentionally designed to support prenatal students, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor awareness, nervous system regulation, and gentle strengthening and mobility.

This is a non-heated class rooted in accessibility, education, and support.

No yoga experience is necessary.

You do not need to be flexible.

You do not need to know yoga poses.

You do not need to keep up.

You can simply arrive exactly as you are.
