Located in Pittsburgh's South Hills and welcoming students from Dormont, Mount Lebanon, Brookline, Bethel Park, and beyond, our motherhood-centered yoga offerings are approachable, grounding, and built for real life—not perfection.

Our Yoga for Motherhood classes are intentionally designed to support prenatal students, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor awareness, nervous system regulation, and gentle strengthening and mobility.
This is a non-heated class rooted in accessibility, education, and support.
No yoga experience is necessary.
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to know yoga poses.
You do not need to keep up.
You can simply arrive exactly as you are.
