You don't need to be an experienced yogi. You just need to show up — and we'll take it from there.

Not at all. Our early morning classes welcome all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our teachers offer modifications so you can meet the practice where you are. If you're nervous, just show up — that's the hardest part.
We offer both warm and heated class options. Check the schedule for the specific class type listed for each 6AM session. If you're unsure which is right for you, feel free to reach out and we'll help you choose.

Bring a water bottle, a mat, and wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. We do have mats and props available at the studio.

Yes — free, convenient parking is available directly outside of the studio. You won't need to worry about hunting for a spot before your 6AM class.

Please check with the studio directly regarding shower availability.

Our New YOCO Student Special is the perfect way to start: 30 days of unlimited yoga for just $30. It's available once per person for new students only, and it gives you plenty of time to try the 6AM classes, explore different teachers, and build your morning routine.
