Not sure which one to choose?
Here is a quick breakdown to help you find your fit.
Hot
Best for students who enjoy a very warm, sweaty practice and already know they feel comfortable practicing in higher temperatures.
Warm
A great middle ground. You will still feel plenty of heat, but the room is less intense than a Hot class.
Unheated
No supplemental heat is added to the room. This is a good choice if you prefer a more natural room temperature or simply do not want a heated practice.
A little studio reality
Room temperature can fluctuate slightly based on weather, class size, sunlight, and the classes happening before yours. The listed temperatures are approximate. We do our best to keep things consistent!
