SOUNDBATH WORKSHOP

This unique experience combines the calming vibrations of a sound bath with the grounding presence of intentional massage. Settle in, slow down, and allow yourself to be fully supported. You can expect a cozy moment on your mat, inviting you to ease into stillness while the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and ambient tones create space for release and renewal. Gentle massage will be provided throughout the session to soothe your nervous system and help you relax more deeply. Let go, tune in, and feel embraced - just as you are.

Assistive hearing devices may give feedback to sound bath frequencies. Students may choose to take them off or not participate in sound bath if it’s bothersome to them.
