Nurturing & Navigating Motherhood with Prenatal Yoga at YOCO Yoga Collective

We believe that every phase of motherhood—prenatal, postnatal, and beyond—is worthy of intentional care, embodied movement, and meaningful community. Our Yoga for Motherhood class is specially designed for expectant and new moms seeking balance, strength, and connection in this beautiful (and intense!) season of life.


Why Prenatal Yoga Matters

Prenatal yoga is an opportunity to connect more deeply with your body, your breath, and your growing baby. In our class, you can:

  • Build strength and endurance to support yourself and your baby.

  • Find relief from common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tightness, and swelling.

  • Improve flexibility and circulation, and explore mindful breathing techniques to support you through labor and into motherhood.

  • Cultivate mental flexibility and resilience, tools that can be invaluable during birth and as you move forward in your parenting journey.

Whether you are expecting your first child or already on your motherhood path, you are welcome here—no experience needed!


What to Expect in Class

  • A non-heated, gentle yet purposeful class designed for prenatal/post-natal comfort and strength.

  • Space to settle in, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself—and with other moms—without pressure or judgement.

  • Expert guidance from teachers specializing in prenatal and motherhood-focused yoga.

  • A community of like-minded women sharing this transformative chapter.

Bring your mat, water, and an open mind. Arrive early if you can—10 to 15 minutes helps you settle and connect before class.


Monthly Momma Meet-Up + Bagels

Once a month, after our Yoga for Motherhood class, we invite you to stay a little longer for our Momma Meet-Up. This is a relaxed circle where you can:

  • Connect with other moms.

  • Share stories, ask questions, or just listen.

  • Enjoy heartfelt conversation in a judgment-free zone.

We love making it extra special with a treat from one of our favorite local spots and neighbors: Balena Bagels.
