YOCO Yoga Collective - Camp YOCO: Retreat + Restore

INAUGURAL

CAMP YOCO RETREAT

A weekend away. A community together. A moment to breathe.

Camp YOCO: Retreat + Restore is a winter weekend at River Mountain — a peaceful mountain sanctuary where we'll step away from the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. As the pace of the new year begins to settle, we'll gather in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature to rest, move, reflect, laugh, and simply be together.

Through yoga, meditation, nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, outdoor adventure, creativity, and quiet moments of reflection, you'll have the opportunity to recharge your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice, build stronger connections within the YOCO community, or simply take a much-needed pause — this weekend is for you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and supported by a community that welcomes your whole self.

Your Questions, Answered

Camp YOCO: Retreat + Restore is for anyone in the YOCO community — and anyone who's been curious about YOCO — who is craving a pause. Whether you're a longtime regular or someone who's only taken a class or two, if you're feeling the pull to rest, reconnect, and be part of something meaningful, this retreat is for you.
Absolutely not. All yoga sessions are designed to be accessible to every level — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our instructors will offer options and modifications throughout, so you can meet your practice exactly where it is.
Your registration includes two nights of lodging at River Mountain, all yoga and meditation sessions, all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, guided hiking and outdoor activities, crafting and journaling workshops, and your Camp YOCO welcome kit. All you need to bring is yourself (and a few cozy layers).
We'll send a detailed packing list to all registered participants. In general, plan for: comfortable yoga clothes, warm layers for outdoor time, cozy loungewear, hiking shoes or boots, a journal, and an open mind. We'll take care of the rest.
Yes — and many people do! One of the most beautiful things about a retreat like this is that you arrive as an individual and leave as part of a community. Our small group size and intentional programming make it easy to feel welcome from the very first gathering, even if you don't know a single person.
River Mountain is a peaceful mountain sanctuary with cozy cabin-style accommodations. Think warm, comfortable, and close to nature — not luxury resort, but genuinely restorative. More specific details about room arrangements and amenities will be shared with registered participants.
The retreat is designed to be accessible, not athletic. Yoga sessions range from gentle to moderately active, and hiking is optional — you can always choose a shorter trail or stay back at the cabin. The goal is restoration, not performance. You set your own pace.
Downtime is built in — on purpose. The schedule includes generous free time each day for you to rest, read, journal, nap, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea. You are never required to participate in every activity. This weekend is yours to shape.
